Orders
Please visit us at daisojapanme.com where you can create an account by registering with your contact details. Browse our site & select the products you want to buy; this will take you to the product page. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button. Choose your delivery address to proceed. Once you've reviewed your order, click on the “Place Order” button. If you wish to place an order as a guest just follow the above instructions without creating an account.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track it through the “Track Order” option on the website.
Unfortunately, there will be no option to cancel through the website. If you have purchased your order and wants to cancel it, please reach out to us through one of our customer support channels Contact Us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to support you with the change / cancelation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on orders of AED 100 and above. If your total order value is less than 100 the charge is AED 10 for shipping.
Product
DAISO products are responsibly sourced from DAISO Japan. Should you have a specific query, details can be found within the product details section on daisojapanme.com
Payment
Gift Card can be used for any purchases within 6 months from the date of issuance. If your Gift Card is less than the total amount, you will have the option to pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.
Returns
You can return/exchange items purchased by visiting one of our stores in UAE within 7 days of delivery ( Only in store ). Present the receipt and the items must be in original packaging not opened or used. The following items cannot be returned/exchanged (Returns & Refunds) :
- Products you received over 7 days ago
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products that have been used or damaged by you are not in the same original condition as you received them.
- Consumable product(s) which have been used or installed.
- Perishable products or products which have an expiry date
- Products that fall under specific categories, such as sealed and hygiene related and personal care products and certain categories like (Under garments - Cosmetics - Hair accessories – Footwear - Seasonal Merchandise “Christmas – Halloween – Ramadan – Easter, etc”).
- Products purchased by you which were on sale are not defective in any way.
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
- Items returned must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.’
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed.
You may exchange the items upon showing the official receipt/order number at our retail stores. All exchanges are subject to inspections prior to the exchange and must be made within 7 days from the purchase (In-store only).
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return (In-store only). Items must be in their original packaging, with labels attached, in good condition that can be resold at full price. There may be specific items that are not eligible for return, details of these items can be found in our full Return & Refund policy
Credit Note
Store credit can be used to buy goods on our DAISO website. You will receive the store credit note for the value of the products returned when you visit the store for return.
You can use the credit note in stores only not online, and it’s valid for 6 months.
You will have your credit note from the DAISO retail store only when you visit to return your products, it will be a code which you can redeem in your purchase within the store only not online.
Newsletter Subscription
You can subscribe to the Newsletter by navigating to the website footer you will find a subscription box; you just need to enter your email ID and then you’re subscribed to receive the periodical promotions/offers.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our Newsletters, you can do so by clicking on Unsubscribe button in the email footer which you’ve received from DAISO Japan
